About the role
- This position is located within the Data Collection and Analysis Unit, in the State Monitoring and Program Improvement Division (SMPID), Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA).
- You must possess IT-related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (e.g., IT certification), as appropriate) demonstrating each of the nine competencies listed below.

Requirements
- Requirements You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-14, if you possess the specialize experience.
- Experience with troubleshooting, incident resolution and web development using platforms such as Drupal, for administration and maintenance, web accessibility compliance, and configuration management.
- Experience translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and workable solutions.
