About the role

We're looking for a Field Operations Technician who will report into our VP Technical Operations and enjoys working hands-on with technology and wants to help bring these solutions to life in the field.
Travel to customer sites across North America (up to ~50%) to assist with installing LiDAR and related systems
Mount sensors and install supporting hardware and infrastructure

Requirements

In this role, you'll support the installation and deployment of LiDAR-based systems, gaining real-world experience with hardware, networking, and modern sensing technology.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial or logistics environments
Familiarity with PoE devices, cellular connectivity, or Linux/Windows systems
Any certifications (OSHA, lift equipment, low-voltage, etc.)
Exposure to sensors, automation, or data-driven systems
You like working with your hands and figuring things out
You're curious and eager to learn new technologies
You take pride in doing clean, high-quality work
You're reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player
