Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the general building / equipment maintenance and repair of multiple building, multi-level campus.
  • Operate, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Report malfunctions and maintain accurate and timely operating logs and maintenance records for building support systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Nice to have

  • Refrigerant certification preferred.
  • Man lift license preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Knowledge of electrical theory, plumbing theory.
  • Knowledge of sheet rock wall repair.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
  • Ability to be attentive to details, accurate, and precise.
