Responsibilities
- Responsible for the general building / equipment maintenance and repair of multiple building, multi-level campus.
- Operate, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Report malfunctions and maintain accurate and timely operating logs and maintenance records for building support systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
Nice to have
- Refrigerant certification preferred.
- Man lift license preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of electrical theory, plumbing theory.
- Knowledge of sheet rock wall repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
- Ability to be attentive to details, accurate, and precise.
