About the role
- Exciting opportunity to help pre-public and established companies navigate through technical accounting and operational issues working for our boutique consulting client.
- Position will be a key member of the Accounting and Finance organization supporting high technology clients in the bay area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Demonstrated proficiency in SEC reporting and accounting research.
- Be assigned other special projects as required
Nice to have
- 10 years' experience with at least 6 years of experience at Big 4 public accounting firm, preferred.
- Hi-tech industry experience preferred.
