Responsibilities

  • Under general direction, manages budget, including gathering estimates, seeking budget approval, and tracking actuals to estimates.
  • Under general direction, ensures that technical support documentation is created or updated as a result of project changes.
  • Manages strategies and change management activities, advances conceptual designs, completes business assessments, assists in the development of project budgets, and develops, manages, and integrates detailed project work plans.
  • Manages projects requiring significant IT support from original concept through design and implementation and ensures technical requirements, quality standards and project objectives are achieved within the agreed upon scope, timeline, risk tolerance, and resource levels.

Requirements

  • Designs and implements methods and systems for measuring and reporting performance on business, financial, and process metrics to assess the degree to which the project goals, objectives, and metrics are being met.
  • Required for All Jobs:

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree or advanced technical degree Preferred
  • Experience with recognized performance improvement and change management methodologies and strong technical background strongly Preferred
  • Experience with application implementation and operational systems and their interrelationships.
  • Strong technical understanding of relationships within systems and processes Required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate with diverse groups and resolve conflicts appropriately.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt style and content of communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical ability to assess situation, evaluate risks, and make recommendations as well as analyze situation/information and formulate a plan of action that is in line with business and financial constraints.
  • Knowledge of recognized improvement and change management methodologies preferred.
