Responsibilities
- Draft and revise policies, procedures and other employment-related documents and agreements.
- Manage internal audits and process reviews, and new policy creation and implementation.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal risks and developing strategies to avoid costly litigation.
- Maintain working knowledge of company policies, state and federal legislation.

Requirements
- Law degree from a major U.S. law school (or foreign equivalent) required with active license to practice law in one of the following states: New York; Illinois; California; Texas; or District of Columbia.
- Experience with responding to demand letters, preparing position statements, and with litigation generally.
