- This position oversees estimating and preconstruction efforts, provides strategic leadership, and serves as a key liaison between clients, designers, and internal operations.
- The Preconstruction Manager ensures all preconstruction processes align with the company's vision, mission, and core values.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all preconstruction efforts from conceptual design through GMP.
- Review drawings, specifications, and design documents for accuracy, constructability, and risk.
- Coordinate preconstruction schedules, design milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead Preconstruction-to-Operations turnover meetings.
- Lead constructability reviews, risk assessments, and cost reconciliation efforts.
- Maintain estimating standards, historical cost data, and software systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience and 6 years in preconstruction.
- Strongly prefer 10+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience on commercial projects.
- Experience using on-screen takeoff software or other graphic software.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Professional Estimator Certification and/or LEED accreditation preferred.
