Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

1 transfer filing in the last year, covering 1 worker. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • As a Product Marketing Manager at Tennr, you'll shape how we bring our products to market across the business.
  • You'll know you're right for this if you can move fluidly between big-picture, strategic positioning and the actual sentence-level writing that makes a sales deck or launch email land.
  • You like owning things end to end, and you're comfortable in a fast-moving team working with a lot of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Own the day-to-day execution of Tennr's positioning and messaging across the business, delivering high performance narratives that cut through the noise and resonate with our target audience.
  • Product Launches: Run point on launches for new products and features, in partnership with the Product team. Develop a deep understanding of our product value and how to communicate it to our audiences.
  • Sales Enablement: Build key sales assets (e.g., one-pagers, decks, battlecards) and train the Sales team to leverage them to help drive growth of the business.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Track the competitive landscape and lead the development of guidance for how we compete.

  • High agency and results-oriented. Able to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. Like any startup job, this role's priorities will shift as we grow. You should be energized by that, not unsettled by it.
  • Cross-functional credibility. You've worked closely with Sales and/or Product before and can speak to a specific example of influencing what they did based on your input.
  • Low ego, high energy. Willing to admit mistakes and work to fix them.
  • A PLUS IF YOU…
  • Have healthcare or healthtech industry experience.
  • Have built AI automations to support product marketing responsibilities.
  • WHY TENNR?
  • Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won't just talk about things, you'll get them done. And feel the impact.
