About the role

This role is critical in creating a magical and welcoming environment for customers while maintaining operational excellence, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution, and ensuring the store meets its financial objectives.
By setting a standard of excellence in sales leadership, team development, and business management, the manager ensures the store's continued success and alignment with the company's vision and values.
Ensure the store meets both sales and payroll goals by monitoring metrics and adjusting staffing and operations as necessary.
