Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related degree
- 7+ years of Supply Chain Management or related experience
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- 10+ years of Supply Chain Management related experience
Skills
- Track, analyze and steer structural availability through Structural Coverage Target management
- Communicate & promote our customer needs & requirements throughout the plant organizations
- Ensure the plants focus on operational priorities & leverage additional resources as needed
- Analyze, identify, and communicate short-term supply chain issues
- Align demand & supply corridors to meet customer requirements
- Translate market requirements into plant requirements
- Make operational priorities transparent to all levels of the organization
- Steer the regional plant capacities & utilization with emphasis on reliability & effectiveness
- Coordinate cross-plant responsibility for multiple-source articles
- Increase plants accountability on structural availability by improving related processes
- Measure supply chain variances, analyze cause and effect, recommend corrective action, and publish results
