About the role

Responsibilities
- Develops and documents complex technical design specifications to meet business needs identified through application requirements, user stories, support tickets, and test defects.
Requirements
- Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Certification is required in some areas.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (MIS degree is preferred)
- This includes investigating and assisting in the resolution of system-related issues as required.
- Assist with SAP testing, quality assurance, and monitoring activities.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2025 (On Premise) is preferred.
- Experience with SAP aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise), ATP (Available-to-Promise) and Backorder Processing (BOP) is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter who can quickly become productive with minimal SAP guidance and supervision.
- Analyzes applications for compliance with security protocols and recommends changes as needed.
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.

- Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.
