About the role

Oversee and coordinate list segmentation, imports, and data hygiene across multiple platforms.
Continuously test and improve all email funnels to ensure the best possible user experience and customer journey.

Develop, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of email marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Manage and optimize all email automation processes, workflows, and drip campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns across channels including social media, paid ads, partnerships, and more.
Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall engagement.
Maintain and manage lead generation initiatives with external partners to support audience growth.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Basic knowledge of HTML for email formatting is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Previous experience in content-driven, mission-oriented organizations is a plus.

The salary target for this role is $62,000 - $70,000+.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
