Support after-school routines, including daily needs and transitions, with patience and an understanding of each child's preferences
Accompany or drive children to practices, therapy appointments, tutoring, and other kid-related activities
Provide rotating Saturday support based on the family's custody schedule
Provide evening childcare support as needed
Create and maintain household organization systems, bringing fresh ideas and solutions
Manage seasonal clothing, decor and bedding rotations, including sorting and preparing donations
Manage full-cycle laundry for the entire household, from hamper to folded and put away (high priority)
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked laundry area
Manage household inventory lists and recurring subscriptions (Amazon, Costco, Target)
Maintain a smoke-free environment

Experience working with children on the autism spectrum, in a professional or personal capacity
Must be authorized to work in the United States
You are the kind of person who walks into a home, scans the room, and is already three steps ahead before anyone has said a word.
You are patient, kind, and intuitive, especially when it comes to children.

Mid-August (ASAP preferred to allow time to meet the family and learn the household flow before the school year begins)

Assist with holiday hosting preparation
Monday and Tuesday: 8 hour shifts beginning at either 9:00 or 10:00 AM (flexible for candidate's preference)
The family is looking for someone who is generally flexible if an occasional adjustment is needed (for example, moving a Wednesday
Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided)
