About the role
- Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions PC (IVPS) brings the doctor's office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP.
- In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as:
- assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments.
Responsibilities
- The current position is responsible for providing the highest quality Nurse Practitioner care to perform work in the assisted living facilities setting.
Requirements
- Ability to work autonomously in a non-structured environment
