  • Position Location: This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and allocate budgets across multiple products to ensure optimal spend and return on investment
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across brands, exceeding $200-$300M (product dependent)
  • Manage and deliver on all operating income expectations for assigned brands
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for multiple products across an Oncology portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs
  • Monitor brand performance and market trends, making data-drive decisions to enhance brand equity and customer engagement
  • Support market access strategy development and execution to ensure outcomes align to long and short-term demand and financial forecasts
  • Collaborate with research and development and other departments to prioritize pipeline assets to enhance overall product portfolio
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and develop long-term strategies that align with the company's business objectives and therapeutic area needs.
  • Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
