- The Pod Group is partnering with this amazing organization to place a resourceful, hands-on, and organized individual to fulfill the role of Director of Finance and Corporate Services.
Responsibilities
- STRATEGIC ● COLLABORATIVE ● INITIATIVE ● RESULTS-DRIVEN ● ACCURATE Our client is a growing, community-based organization that provides support for youth in the Region of Peel.
- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
- Implement a contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing is adhered to.
- Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
- Prepare and support team with program budgets for funder applications.
- Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
- Implement and manage operational plans.
Requirements
- Prepare and report financial deliverables as required.
- Supervision of staff as required.
Compensation
- $90,000 to $105,000 CAD Annually Vacancy: Current Opening
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.
