Responsibilities

  • STRATEGIC ● COLLABORATIVE ● INITIATIVE ● RESULTS-DRIVEN ● ACCURATE Our client is a growing, community-based organization that provides support for youth in the Region of Peel.
  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
  • Implement a contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing is adhered to.
  • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
  • Prepare and support team with program budgets for funder applications.
  • Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Implement and manage operational plans.

Requirements

  • Prepare and report financial deliverables as required.
  • Supervision of staff as required.

Compensation

  • $90,000 to $105,000 CAD Annually Vacancy: Current Opening
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.
