About the role

You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, reducing risk, and ensuring consistency across the company's contracting processes.
Some of the responsibilities you can expect include the following:
Conduct first-pass review and redlining of NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and standard services agreements using established playbooks

This role will own the first-pass review and drafting of routine commercial agreements, manage contract intake and workflows, and maintain our contract templates and systems.
Maintain contract status trackers, including execution, renewals, and expirations
Maintain a clean, organized clause library to support efficient negotiation
Maintain strong contract hygiene across business units
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business terms and confirm scope completeness
Manage internal expectations around timelines and deliverables
Able to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously

3-7+ years of experience reviewing, redlining, and managing commercial contract lifecycles
Strong working knowledge of NDAs, vendor agreements, and services contracts
Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and e-signature platforms (e.g., HelloSign, DocuSign)
