About the role
- You'll work across Marketing, Product, Credit Risk, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance to keep Happen Bank a competitive, best-in-class solution in the lending space.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management and ongoing optimization of partner relationships, including planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Partner cross-functionally to improve the end-to-end borrower experience, reducing friction and strengthening conversion
- Support the onboarding and launch of new integrations and campaigns with new and existing partners, coordinating across teams to bring initiatives to market efficiently
- Build and deliver clear, transparent reporting on performance, project status, insights, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to test, learn, and improve partner performance while balancing business goals with a strong member experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building lasting partnerships
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or a related field
- bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to evolving needs
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or lending
- Experience using AI-powered reporting or analytics tools in a marketing context
- Happen Bank offers relocation, based on actual job level.

Compensation
- The target base salary range for this position is 115,000-141,000.
- The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location.
- Base salary is just one part of Happen Bank's Total Rewards package.
