About the role
- This position requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software or technical information controlled under the Canadian Export Control List and/or the US the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Schedule and attend internal and external meetings.
- Be point of contact for DWAN and DRMIS related questions and accounts.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction and support of the Project Manager and PMO Manager Lead, the Project Coordinator (Program) will be responsible to:
- Provide project coordination support, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, progress monitoring, issue resolution, and maintenance of project documentation to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Quality) to support project requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Support project activities including risk management and change management. Coordinate Change Control Board and monitor change requests for work packages and maintain log. Maintain and update applicable registers.
- Track action items through to closure and support project closure activities. Capture and support lessons learned. Monitor and support project milestone status. Schedule and attend internal and external meetings.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support to work package managers.
- Coordinate and support monthly project review dashboards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Procurement, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in the last ten years in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and JIRA.
- All applicants must be able to obtain a Canadian NATO Secret clearance and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration Program.
- All applicants must be eligible or able to obtain authorization for such access including eligibility to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and able to obtain a Canadian NATO Secret clearance.

- Special Position Requirements
- Schedule: 40 hours per week / 5 day per week.
Compensation
- The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash 60,000.00 - 75,000 CDN Annual.
