SUMMARY Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a skilled Estimator to develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for complex commercial construction projects. This is a highly technical role focused on building estimates from drawings and project information. The Estimator reports to and is directly accountable to the Chief
Estimator and partners closely with internal teams to translate project scope and design information into comprehensive, data-driven cost models. This role is ideal for estimators who enjoy diving deep into the numbers-building detailed estimates and focusing on the technical side of construction pricing within a structured, collaborative environment.
