About the role
- GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems.
- We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product to our customers. Our scope spans Engineering, prototype builds, through full production, requiring teams that can move fast, adapt, and execute with precision.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Support
- Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and support to material handling team members
- Support onboarding and training of new warehouse employees
- Perform and oversee receiving, locating, transferring, and staging of materials accurately and efficiently
- Identify and document damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
- Organize, stack, and maintain materials for efficient workflow and storage utilization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support audits and ensure compliance with operational and inventory standards
- Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned

Requirements
- Complete required reports, documentation, inventory transactions, and system updates accurately
- The ideal candidate has strong warehouse and logistics experience, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
