Files H-1B transfers

7 transfer filings in the last year, covering 7 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • AppLovin Ads is one of the largest growth channels available to consumer brands - most just haven't discovered it yet, or don't yet understand how it can transform their business.
  • Your job is to change that by creating content that gets new consumer advertisers to launch on AppLovin and sets them up to succeed once they do.

Responsibilities

  • Own the advertiser content program end to end. You set the calendar, write the pieces, decide where the content gets distributed, publish, track performance, and iterate.
  • Create content that accelerates consumer advertisers launching on AppLovin Ads. Figure out the topics most likely to resonate, what formats to use, and where to reach the audience.
  • Make sure advertisers have the information they need to be successful on AppLovin Ads once they've launched. Get ahead of the most common failure points and build playbooks, tutorials, and guides that help advertisers succeed.
  • Create seasonal content campaigns around key advertiser moments like BFCM and Q1. Plan for what's coming and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Track what's working and kill what isn't. The content you create should result in advertisers launching and scaling on AppLovin.
  • Own the advertiser content program end to end.
