Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 3 green-card filings in this occupation, 100% were for a worker who already held the job.

Files H-1B transfers

7 transfer filings in the last year, covering 7 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
  • BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications.
  • With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.

Responsibilities

  • This is a rare opportunity to own something from the ground up.
  • You'll build and maintain the systems that keep us compliant, partner cross-functionally across operations, product, and pharmacy leadership, and help shape what scalable licensing infrastructure looks like at Blink.
  • This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and building things that last.
  • Support employees with preparation and submission of license applications in compliance with each State Board of Pharmacy's specific requirements
  • Partner with the Training team to align licensing milestones with new hire onboarding timelines and training requirements
  • Manage the renewal lifecycle for all individual licenses and registrations-tracking expiration dates and initiating renewal processes well in advance (this role facilitates the process but cannot independently complete renewals on behalf of the individual).
  • Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy - this role is built on precision
  • A builder's mindset - the ability to look at a complex, large-scale problem and envision a scalable, sustainable solution
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements, regulations, and workflows in a fast-moving environment
  • No prior licensing or credentialing experience required - we will train the right person
  • Track state-specific protocols, such as pharmacy technician trainee-to-technician transitions, and ensure all required training milestones and documentation are completed before status changes
  • Ensure proper documentation and posting of licenses where required by state law
  • Coordinate proactively with individuals, supervisors and Pharmacists-in-Charge (PICs) when action is required to maintain compliance

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data organization tools
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
