This is an intense, high-trust role for a smart, scrappy operator who can think strategically while rolling up their sleeves to execute.
You will be deployed into the company's most critical priorities - from solving complex operational challenges to standing up new initiatives and driving cross-functional projects to the finish line.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves at the pace of the Founder, and is relentless in driving outcomes.

As the firm's master generalist, you will research, analyze, and organize information, build systems to bring order to chaos, and deliver clear recommendations that accelerate decision-making.

Requirements

You are our company's master generalist and infinite learner with a "been there done that" foundation.
Not only do you love to learn, but with a strong background and thorough understanding of organizational management, you have become a one-of-a-kind in how you field and deploy solutions.

It requires an always-on mindset, the ability to move at the speed of the Founder, and a willingness to take on an intense, high-pressure workload.
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred Project management skills, Gantt charts, pert, timelines, official project management and project portfolio management experience

fantastic negotiator, good at getting people to say yes Expert proficiency in Microsoft O365, G Suite, Mac, et al., and implementing technology to make the team more efficient and effective
