Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

  • Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
  • Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.
  • A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general licenses.
  • An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.

Compensation

  • Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience required for this role.
  • The candidate's pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels.
  • The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.
