Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
- Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.
- A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general licenses.
- An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.
Compensation
- Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience required for this role.
- The candidate's pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels.
- The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.
