About the role
- The Associate will work with the Managing Director and New Ventures team to identify and evaluate opportunities for company creation.
- This position is full-time and reports to the Managing Director, New Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Source and maintain a pipeline of novel drug development ideas for NewCos within given therapeutic area(s)
- Write, pitch, and maintain investment notes for company ideas
- Build pitch deck including recommended deal terms, clinical development, and financing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree (MD or PhD) strongly preferred. All applicants MUST have a degree in and a strong understanding of biological sciences.
- Also open to MD/PhDs with The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time.

- The total compensation for this role includes a base salary, competitive bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits.
- The target annual cash compensation range is $305,000 to $335,000, though will be determined by a variety of factors including prior experience, relevant expertise, and the scope of responsibilities assigned.
