About the role

  • The Associate Project Manager / Project Manager will oversee cross-functional programs across research, development, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Coordinate project activities across functions and external partners.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans.
  • Drive accountability and alignment across stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
  • Support strategic planning and prioritization activities across multiple programs.
  • Support portfolio review meetings and governance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of project management or project coordination experience
  • or Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or ScD) with 2+ years demonstrated experience contributing to or leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience managing timelines and deliverables and driving execution toward strategic objectives.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with an understanding of the biotechnology industry and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates will be considered for either the Associate Project Manager or Project Manager level based on experience and demonstrated project leadership capabilities.

Compensation

  • $105,000-$140,000
