About the role
- As a Process Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in our injection molding operations-guiding a skilled team, optimizing processes, and advancing continuous improvement initiatives.
- You'll have the opportunity to enhance operational performance while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Champion a strong safety culture by promoting and enforcing corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies
Responsibilities
- Your leadership will directly contribute to delivering reliable products that support IPEX's mission.
- Supervise, coach, and support Process Technicians in scientific molding and industry best practices
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing cycle times, reducing setup times, and maximizing equipment uptime
- Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities, including scrap and regrind optimization
- Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, processing sheets, and technical documentation
- Prepare and maintain accurate production and operational reports
- Lead and coordinate injection molding processes, including development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standardized procedures
- Contribute to the design, testing, and qualification of new tools, fixtures, and process improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in injection molding operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, materials and tooling
Skills
- Effective communication skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
