About the role

- Focuses on the people side of change, including not only the change initiative itself, but also changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops and executes change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance and maximize engagement to ensure that users are engaged, prepared to transition to the initiative and reinforce sustainable change.
- Works with and coaches project stakeholders, leaders and teams to develop strategies to maximize buy-in and minimize resistance and are able to leverage the change management framework and standards.
- Develops and executes against a comprehensive, actionable, and targeted change management plan surrounding change to people, processes, workflows, and systems.
- Develops and conducts readiness assessments, analyzes results, and presents findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Collaborates with Project Manager to integrate change management plans/activities into overall project plan.
- Develops and/or coaches team on conducting assessments, analyzes results, and presents findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains a broad knowledge of related industry standards, best practices, regulations, and related technologies.
- Partners with the executive sponsor throughout the change process to actively and visibly participate, establish an organizational understanding, and sense of urgency to prioritize the change.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including active listening and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, colleagues and staff required
- Leads the effort to identify measurement methodologies to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes, and adjusts change management strategies and tactics as necessary.
Nice to have
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience working with consulting resources preferred
Skills
- Strong group facilitation skills with demonstrated experience turning working session notes into high-quality deliverables required
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal required
- Ability to work collaboratively with and through others required
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges required
- Strong organizational problem solving and root cause identification skills required
- Prosci Organizational Change Management certification upon hire preferred
Compensation
- $86,900.00 - $130,300.00
- The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
- Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
