- This role reports to Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Performs intermediate assembly tasks such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panel.
- Uses hand tools, power tools machines or other equipment to perform work.
- May perform assembly operations under microscope or another magnifying device.
- Inspects own work to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Communicates with team and support staff to ensure continuous production at high-quality levels.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs

- Skills and Abilities Required:
Skills
- Advanced soldering and repair/rework skills
- Ability to use solder extractor tools
- Basic computer skills - accurate with data entry
- Good math skills with the ability to count and measure
- Accurate visual acuity for color and depth perception
- Vision sufficient to accurately measure in a fraction of an inch
- Manual dexterity to handle small hand tools including soldering iron
- Read and understand moderately complex assembly instructions
- Comprehend written and verbal assignments
- Ability to work as a team member in a diverse work environment
