Responsibilities

  • Help ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery teams Solution Design & Positioning Partner with Sales and Delivery to design and position ServiceNow solutions that align with customer business needs.
  • Customer Engagement & Advocacy Support customer and partner engagements during the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrations & Workshops Lead tailored ServiceNow demonstrations and interactive workshops to showcase platform capabilities.
  • 3Proposal & Documentation Support Contribute to SOW development, estimates, and formal proposals.
  • Solution Design & Positioning Partner with Sales and Delivery to design and position ServiceNow solutions that align with customer business needs.
  • Proposal & Documentation Support Contribute to SOW development, estimates, and formal proposals.

  • Acting as a customer advocate within ServiceNow, you will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Resource Management teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed.
