About the role
- Agropur is looking for a night shift warehouse supervisor to join its team in St-Laurent.
- The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to receiving, storing, packaging products, and assembling orders.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring employee performance and providing the necessary support for them to reach their objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or DEC in operations management, logistics, administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in warehouse supervision in the food or pharmaceutical field required.
- Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (English required to work with colleagues in other Canadian provinces) required.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP system.
Compensation
- $73,000 to $91,200 (base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the role)
