About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot to isolate the problem, determine (and perform) actions needed to restore the system to performance specifications
- Lead the diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment issues, using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to enhance equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Utilize CMMS, identify trends, and use data to drive improvements to the preventative maintenance process
- This role plays a major role in ensuring the uninterrupted continuity of manufacturing and support systems and processes throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Knowledge of PLC's is required

Nice to have
- Experience in food processing required
- experience with packaging machinery preferred
- MA Fireman 2 License and/or Ammonia Operator 1 Certification preferred

- Actual compensation will depend on your experience, skills, education, geographic considerations, and internal equity.
