About the role
- The Production Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by applying engineering principles to improve production efficiency and equipment performance.
- This role emphasizes troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing processes, and ensuring consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical support.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of replacement parts for end of arms and water lines, notifying the Administrative Assistant when reorders are needed.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on End of Arm tooling.
- Provide backup support and assistance with Die Setting.

Requirements
- Complete and successfully pass required technical training within 90 days of start date.
- Ability to climb ladders as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Maintain all required certifications while adhering to all safety regulations (Lockout/Tagout, Hard Hat, Crane Certification).
Nice to have
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Injection molding experience preferred.
