About the role

  • Omninet Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team in Beverly Hills, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Generate monthly job cost reports and support financial reporting packages.
  • Support the Controller with capital project analysis and tax reporting related to tangible property regulations.
  • Create and maintain construction jobs, contracts, and budgets within the Yardi Job Cost module.
  • Prepare construction and job cost reports for internal departments and external partners.

  • Process and post construction management fees.

Compensation

  • $29k-$34k
