  • This role is responsible for owning a defined territory, managing key customer relationships, and delivering revenue against assigned targets within all markets.
  • This role is highly customer-facing and requires the ability to influence buying decisions, navigate sales cycles, and consistently execute against revenue and pipeline objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years relevant experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables within molecular biology, genomics, or cell analysis workflows
  • Strong knowledge of CMR-relevant applications, including microplate-based solutions, imaging, electrophoresis and flow cytometry
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and navigate sales cycles
  • Proven ability to identify and drive cross-product line opportunities to maximize account growth
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast, and opportunity progression
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans

It is sales incentive eligible. In the US, this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.
  • The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $177,210.00 - $295,350.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
