Responsibilities
- This role involves analyzing sales trends, seasonality, and market data to develop accurate demand plans that align with business goals.
- The analyst collaborates closely with supply chain, operations, and culinary teams to balance production capacity with restaurant needs, ensuring the right ingredients and products are available at the right time.
Nice to have
- Experience with applying statistical methods to real world situations
- Proficient in SQL and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VBA and VBS scripting
- Knowledge of Tableau is a must
- Knowledge in inventory management including safety stocks, PAR levels is a must
- Knowledge in Lean-Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management and inventory management is a plus
- Knowledge in Regression Analysis, Time Series Forecasting and/or Data mining is a must
- Passionate about process optimization
- Can-do attitude and motivated to identify areas of improvement and work to find solutions
