About the role
- The Universal Banker is responsible for providing all teller-based transactions and new account functions as well as cross-selling bank products/services to new and existing customers.
- Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to customers and follows the established policies and procedures for this area, in accordance with the Bank and the supervisor's direction.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Processes transactions within established policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer accounts and information.
Requirements
- At least 1 year customer service and cross-selling experience
- At least 1 year of teller or cash-handling experience
- Ability to enter numerical data on computer with speed and accuracy.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with others.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and organize.
