- This position sets up, teaches and evaluates curriculum, meets with families, both adults and children, establishes positive relationships between the hospital and the community through the vehicle of community education.
Requirements
- Associates' Degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university
- Ability to teach a diverse group of adult learners.
- Ability to stay abreast of current information and objectives of our hospital and clinicians for information dissemination.
- Ability to translate to a lay audience the position of the hospital and the resources necessary to learn a specific content.
- Ability to inspire class members through a variety of teaching methods.
Skills
- Skill in communicating information in a way that will be internalized and practiced by the class attendee.
- Skill in clear expressive language.
Compensation
- Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
- Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
- Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $32.50 to $125.00
