About the role
- Parasail is redefining AI infrastructure by enabling seamless deployment across a distributed network of GPUs, optimizing for cost, performance, and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Drive 0-to-1 product development: Lead the design and launch of new product lines including seamless custom model hosting, agentic workflow support, voice agent infrastructure, and enterprise management capabilities.
- Bring structure and discipline: Establish the product planning processes, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional coordination that a rapidly scaling company needs. Rally engineering and design around what matters most.
- Lead the design and launch of new product lines including seamless custom model hosting, agentic workflow support, voice agent infrastructure, and enterprise management capabilities.
Requirements
- You know what matters, you say no to what doesn't, and you follow through on commitments.
- Platform and developer tools expertise.
- You have hands-on experience with AI/ML tooling, cloud infrastructure, or iPaaS platforms.
- You can rally a team, align executives, and communicate product strategy across all levels.
- You know when to move fast and take calculated risks and when to follow strict guidelines.
