About the role
- Primarily responsible for loading or stacking boxed product onto pallets in required formation and/or weight. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
- - Under general supervision, load and organize pallets according to customer or company requirements using pallet jacks or by manually lifting product

- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required.)

- Ability to read work orders
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
