Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering to implement improvements in cost reduction, work simplification, production scheduling, and labor planning.
- Maintain accurate production and employee records.
- This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated team in our Albany, MO plant, driving daily production goals while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Compensation
- Hiring Salary Range
- $67,900.00 - 101,900.00 USD Annual (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
