About the role
- If you are an experienced commercial HVAC service tech with strong leadership skills and you like to travel.
- Execute functional performance testing to verify systems operate as intended.
- Communicate job status with the project management team on a daily basis and report any issues that may impede job progress or schedule.
Responsibilities
- Review construction documents, submittals, sequences of operation, and equipment specifications.
- Draft commissioning plans from contract documents for the Commissioning Group. Submit internal RFIs to document questions or concerns over Sequences of Operations.
- Perform regular job site walks with Project Managers and Technicians to review installation quality and provide feedback to Foremen and Construction Project Managers.
- Manage project Action Items and ensure timely completion by assigned parties. Coordinate resources with Construction project Managers to address issues.

Requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance and warranty calls as required.
- Clearly identify dates when power and controls are required to meet OPS goals.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, controls, mechanical systems, or building automation systems.
- must be able/available to travel 50% or more of the time
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
- Working knowledge of and experience with DDC Controls and Test and Balance process.
- Experience with Daikin Equipment.
