About the role

- This individual will function as the Tier I/Tier II specialist over audio visual technologies in classrooms, conference rooms, and other areas on campus.
- The technician will train faculty and staff in the proper use of classroom systems, conference rooms, and lager events.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical troubleshooting for audio-visual activities;
- Monitor and maintain AV equipment management applications (i.e. Crestron XiO Cloud, Microsoft Team Admin Center, etc.)
- Maintain and update system software and firmware as needed;
Requirements
- Experience with Crestron control systems;
- Experience with Teams Rooms;
Nice to have
- CTS Certification;
- Crestron DMC-e certification, programming experience a plus;
- Experience with TeamDynamix
