Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus
- 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, corporate development, or a related field-ideally within enterprise software or the broader tech sector

- Our Opportunity
- At Automation Anywhere, Business Development is at the forefront of driving revenue growth, expanding our partner ecosystem, and securing the strategic alliances that accelerate our go-to-market momentum. As our Agentic Process Automation platform scales, we're looking for a seasoned BD leader who can identify, structure, and close high-impact partnerships and commercial agreements that directly contribute to growth.
- You will serve as a key connector between our product, sales, and executive teams-translating market dynamics into actionable partnership strategies. The ideal candidate brings a builder's mentality to ecosystem development, combines sharp commercial instincts with strong financial acumen, and has the credibility to engage C-level counterparts at potential partners, customers, and strategic investors. Where relevant, you will also support select corporate development activities-including minority investments and strategic transactions-that complement our broader BD agenda.
