Responsibilities
- The Student Worker - Office of the President provides clerical, administrative, and customer service support to the President's Office.
- This position assists with day-to-day office operations, event preparation, correspondence, scheduling support, office supply inventory management, and special projects, while upholding the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding executive communications and sensitive University information.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current students: Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.25 and successfully completed 9 credits or more in the most recent semester with a GPA of at least 2.0.
- Must be enrolled at least half-time.
- Must be currently enrolled or attending classes at Florida Polytechnic University.

- Print correspondence, meeting materials, and presentation packets.
- Assist with data entry and updating office records and databases.
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting logistics.
- Assist with preparation of materials for meetings, Board of Trustees activities, and executive events.
Compensation
- EXPECTED STARTING SALARY: $14.25 hourly.
