Responsibilities

  • The Student Worker - Office of the President provides clerical, administrative, and customer service support to the President's Office.
  • This position assists with day-to-day office operations, event preparation, correspondence, scheduling support, office supply inventory management, and special projects, while upholding the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding executive communications and sensitive University information.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current students: Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.25 and successfully completed 9 credits or more in the most recent semester with a GPA of at least 2.0.
  • Must be enrolled at least half-time.
  • Must be currently enrolled or attending classes at Florida Polytechnic University.

Compensation

  • EXPECTED STARTING SALARY: $14.25 hourly.
