About the role

The Electrode Coating Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining electrode coating equipment used in the manufacturing of battery electrodes.

Perform in-process measurements and quality checks using gauges, microscopes, and metrology tools.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, throughput, safety, and process capability.
Maintain compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, chemical handling protocols, and clean manufacturing practices.
Identify and maintain accurate inventory of supplies and materials needed for production.
Maintain organized work areas according to 5S standards.
Ability to write and maintain accurate SOP's, work instructions and technical documentation.
Perform the following for extended periods of time:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Two-year technical or Associate Degree preferred, especially in manufacturing, industrial technology, or engineering technology.
