About the role

  • ClarityPay is seeking a Manager of Commercial Analysis and Reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data to track performance goals and plans.
  • Maintain commercial volume plans and forecasts.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reporting solutions for internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with client management to strengthen client relationships through analytics.
  • Provide consultative support to merchants on leveraging data for improved outcomes.
  • Collaborate with corporate data and analytics team on strategy, methodology and tools.
  • Opportunities to grow, lead, and shape the future of consumer finance.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Prefer experience in credit, lending or payments.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders.
  • Ability to work in the mid-town office 4 days per week.
  • Ability to travel if needed.
  • Capable of quickly learning ClarityPay products, processes, data and other key information important for being successful in this role.
  • Driven curiosity and desire to understand the problem or opportunity.
  • Awareness of AI tools and able to recommend opportunities to leverage AI.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project tracking tools.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

  • $85,000 to $115,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
