- ClarityPay is seeking a Manager of Commercial Analysis and Reporting.

Responsibilities
- Maintain data to track performance goals and plans.
- Maintain commercial volume plans and forecasts.
- Develop, maintain, and automate reporting solutions for internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with client management to strengthen client relationships through analytics.
- Provide consultative support to merchants on leveraging data for improved outcomes.
- Collaborate with corporate data and analytics team on strategy, methodology and tools.
- Opportunities to grow, lead, and shape the future of consumer finance.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Prefer experience in credit, lending or payments.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders.
- Ability to work in the mid-town office 4 days per week.
- Ability to travel if needed.
- Capable of quickly learning ClarityPay products, processes, data and other key information important for being successful in this role.
- Driven curiosity and desire to understand the problem or opportunity.
- Awareness of AI tools and able to recommend opportunities to leverage AI.
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project tracking tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- advanced degree preferred.
Compensation
- $85,000 to $115,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
