About the role
- The Inside Sales Associate operates in a performance-driven environment where success is measured by results, effort, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team and your assigned Territory Manager with customer communication, quoting, scheduling, and follow-up
- Assist with lead qualification and prospecting within assigned territories
- Enter and maintain meticulous customer information and notes in CRM systems
- Additional partner and vendor discounts
Requirements
- 0-2 years of customer service, inside sales, or account support experience - or a degree and strong desire to learn sales
- Ability to travel occasionally for training, trade shows, and team events (quarterly or as needed)
- Help prepare for and follow up after trade shows and customer visits (some travel required)
Nice to have
- Previous experience in rental, trucking, construction, or equipment industries
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Willingness to relocate in the future for a field-based role
- A long-term interest in sales, customer relationships, and business development

Compensation
- This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards.
- It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.
