- Clear and reset tables promptly and deliver food and beverages to guests Transport dirty dishware to dishwashing area and restock clean items Maintain clean, organized dining and back-of-house areas, including regular cleaning tasks Handle guest questions, complaints, and special requests with professionalism Support service staff and assist with stocking ice, emptying trash, and keeping supplies replenished
